Who is Behind Lusitana?
Lusitana was born from years of watching property, people and places evolve.
With deep roots in the Winelands and 20 years living in Blouberg and the surrounding areas, I have experienced first-hand how neighbourhoods develop, places transform and property values change.
I’ve always been drawn to what comes next — recognising shifts in the market, understanding what makes a location valuable and seeing opportunities before they become obvious.
My background extends beyond property. Years spent in corporate strategy and planning, together with experience in retail and customer experience, shaped the way I think about people, value and decision-making.
That perspective now comes into how I approach property.
Because a property is never just the building. It’s the location, the neighbourhood, the environment, the lifestyle and the experience that comes with it.
And strategy means little without trust.
The relationships I’ve built over the years are at the heart of how I work. People choose to work with me because they trust my judgement, my honesty and the way I approach their property decisions.
